This post is about the inspiration..Let me tell you one incident which inspire me to do yoga
My teacher is a father of one young guy ,his age is near by 25.
Before few years there was a blast in delhi and his son was near by that place where blast happened
He injured and lost his all senses of lower body.He is paralyzed from many years.
Though he is the only child of his parents it was the misery for them and meditation is the key of their misery.Sir told us that when he started doing meditation he got the strength to fight and he accept all things with a smiley face what god gives them,
This inspire me so i am sharing this with you all...I do meditation and loved it .It gives strength,mental satisfaction and confidence.There is a saying 'Life gives 100 reasons to cry show life that you have 1000 reasons to smile' :) So Be happy and stay cool.....Tomorrow will right something new and fresh on bestlifecures,which will help you to cure your life
